Lincolnshire Rape Crisis is growing, expanding and strengthening our specialist services across the county. We are a forward-thinking, dynamic and values-led organisation, committed to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support to survivors of sexual violence and abuse.
As Lincolnshire’s experts in sexual violence and trauma, we are proud to deliver specialist, trauma-informed services that place survivors’ safety, dignity, choice and empowerment at the heart of everything we do.
We provide specialist support to survivors of all genders, including adults, children and young people across Lincolnshire. Our services are grounded in the belief that survivors should be listened to, believed, respected and supported to make informed choices about their own lives.
Our work is shaped by our service values of Feminism, Equity, Empowerment, Respect, Trust and Choices. We are committed to inclusive, anti‑racist, anti‑oppressive and survivor‑centred practice.
Across all roles, we are looking for people who bring enthusiasm, understanding, compassion, strong personal and professional boundaries, and a clear commitment to the delivery of VAWG services. You will be expected to work in a trauma‑informed, survivor‑centred way that promotes safety, dignity, empowerment, intervention, choice and control.
All roles are based at our HQ in Lincoln. We do not offer home working for any roles.
As a feminist employer
, we recognise that women's lives are often shaped by caring responsibilities, family commitments, health, financial pressures and other inequalities that can create barriers to accessing meaningful employment. We do not want this to deter you from applying. If you are successful in securing an interview, we welcome an open conversation about your individual circumstances and any flexibility you may need around your working pattern.
While the operational needs of our services mean that we are unable to offer home working for any roles, we are committed to exploring, wherever reasonably possible, how working hours can support both the needs of the organisation and the individual.
Joining Lincolnshire Rape Crisis means becoming part of an organisation that is ambitious for survivors, committed to social justice and invested in its staff. We recognise the skill, emotional resilience and dedication required to work with survivors of sexual violence, and we are committed to creating a workplace culture where staff feel valued, supported and able to develop.
We want to attract and retain excellent people. Our staff benefits and recognition offer is designed to support wellbeing, development, morale and long‑term commitment, with a strong focus on positive mental and physical health.

. Lived experience is not a requirement for employment and is not considered as part of our recruitment process.
If you are a survivor of sexual violence, we ask that a minimum of two years has passed since the incident(s) before applying. This reflects the emotionally demanding nature of our work and our commitment to the wellbeing of both our staff and the survivors we support.
