Location: St. Neots
Red 5 People is seeking a Careers/Employability Advisor for a hybrid FTC role based in St Neots. The position supports neurodiverse individuals (ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia or Tourette's) to maintain or secure employment, with a typical caseload and structured 1-to-1 sessions.
The role includes liaising with employers, providing CV writing and interview assistance, and running client sessions for 3–6 months. There is a maternity cover ending February 2027, with a potential for permanency based on
