Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Family Help Disability Advisor on a 3-month temporary contract based in Cardiff. The role is hybrid, combining home-based work with visits to County Hall and local communities.
You will work with families and children with disabilities, conducting needs assessments, creating action plans, and delivering short-term interventions to improve wellbeing and prevent escalation to specialist services.
