Lancashire County Council is seeking a Welfare Rights Officer to support the Welfare Rights Team across East Lancashire with hybrid/home working. This role focuses on helping the most vulnerable secure entitlements to benefits and services while maintaining income for independent living.
You will need knowledge of welfare legislation, empathy and resilience, and be prepared to travel across Lancashire. DBS disclosure is required; a car for work is expected; hybrid arrangements and wellbeing
