Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Adult’s Social Worker to join a Learning Disability team in Leeds. You will carry out specialist assessments, promote independence and develop person-centred care plans.
The role offers a hybrid working pattern, supervision and training, and an initial 3-month contract with potential to extend. You must have Social Work England registration, a UK driving licence and post-qualification experience.
