Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated Early Help outreach worker for a 3-month contract with a local authority in Liverpool. The role involves home-based support for children, young people, and families, using a whole-family approach to reduce risk and promote safeguarding.
You will manage caseloads, complete EHATs, coordinate multi-agency interventions, and work collaboratively with social care, education and health partners.
