Location: West Yorkshire
Community Care Live is seeking an Adult's Social Worker to join a Mental Health Team. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' experience is essential. The role involves Care Act assessments and creating care plans that promote independence within a multidisciplinary team.
The position offers hybrid working, supervision, and easy access to parking and public transport. Pay is £35.00 per hour (PAYE available).
