Social Worker | Children with Disabilities

Do you have experience of working with Children with Disabilities and looking for some extra flexibility?

Leaders in Care are currently supporting a Council in the South West to recruit for an experienced CWD social worker - you can expect flexible working and a long stable contract - prior experience is essential as this is a specialised and specific role where you will be working with vulnerable children and sound knowledge of complex disabilities is a must.

- 3 days required on site but flexible home working is granted for the other 2 days.

• Working alongside family/carers
• Manage a case load of CWD cases including CP, LAC & Court Work
• Conduct family visits and complete assignments
