The Mears Group is seeking a Housing Support Officer in Aberdeenshire to assist asylum seekers through the Home Office process, delivering practical and emotional support while safeguarding welfare and keeping accurate records.
You will manage a portfolio of homes, coordinate move-ins/outs, monitor compliance with KPIs, and work with internal teams and external agencies to tailor support packages and maintain property standards.
