Die IV-Stelle Kanton Bern sucht eine engagierte Case Managerin/einen Case Manager im Bereich Eingliederung & Rente Erwachsene (80–100%). Mobiles Arbeiten ist möglich. Sie begleiten Kundinnen und Kunden durch das IV-Verfahren, beraten das Unternehmen und koordinieren externe Stellen.
Sie bringen einen entsprechenden Abschluss, 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Eingliederungsbereich und starkes Koordinationsgeschick mit. Zweisprachigkeit Deutsch/Französisch ist von Vorteil.
