Brightpoint seeks a dedicated Doula II to provide culturally sensitive home-based support and collaborate with the Family Support Services team in Rockford, IL. You will maintain a caseload of 10 participants, attend births as requested, and help create individualized service plans and goals.
You must have a Bachelor's in social work or a related field, doula training, and at least 2 years working with families; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.
