Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced EHC Case Coordinator for a fully remote contract. The role focuses on managing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to a high standard and in line with statutory requirements.
You will work closely with families, schools, and professionals to ensure children and young people receive the right support, drafting and amending plans and participating in annual reviews and panels.
