Ceredigion Council is recruiting for an Integrated Triage and Assessment - Social Worker. The role is based from home with county visits and involves triage of referrals, information gathering and deciding next steps for safeguarding and support services.
Requirements include Social Work qualification, registration with Social Care Wales, enhanced DBS (update service) or willingness to apply, 3 years of referencing, and a driving license with access to a car.
