Housing Officer
Permanent
£39,715 per annum
Wiltshire - work from home
37 hrs per week
Work from home, attending patch to carry out visits 2 or 3 days per week
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer for one of our key clients in Wiltshire
Key Responsibilities- Neighbourhoods and Estates Management
- Tenancy Managament
- ASB and Disputes
You will be providing a housing management service, ensuring a responsive service is provided, covering the following:
- Tenancy Management
- Lettings & Voids
- Neighbourhood & Estate Management
- ASB and disputes
- Resident Engagement
- Safeguarding
You should have a strong background in working in the Social Housing sector for this role, and would suit people who have been Housing Officers, Neighbourhood Managers, Neighbourhood Coaches or Tenancy Management Officers previously
