Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Coordinator/Family Worker to join our hybrid role at HMP Frankland, Durham. You will work with adults with complex needs, coordinating recovery planning from assessment through to sustained recovery and family involvement.
The role focuses on collaborative case management, supporting families, and coordinating with external services to ensure continuity of care within a prison setting.
