Building a sustainable tomorrow
At BAM, we are currently recruiting for a Social Sustainability Manager to join our Scotland team, based in either Aberdeenshire or Inverness.
In this role, you will lead and support the delivery of BAMs social sustainability initiatives, including:
- Social Mobility promoting employment, education, and training opportunities.
- Foundational Economy supporting investment in social enterprises, local businesses, and volunteering activities.
- Social Inclusion delivering community support programmes and equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives.
Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you will help plan, promote, deliver, monitor, and report on BAMs social sustainability commitments and impact.
The role offers a blend of office-based, home-based, and project site working. We actively encourage and support flexible hybrid working arrangements to help our people achieve a positive work-life balance.
