Salary: £40.50 per hour
Contract: Locum, 3 months
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week, Hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days in office)

What you will do:

  • Provide expert guidance and support within the 16+ Team, working with adolescents and young adults to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs and circumstances of service users, ensuring the highest level of support.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a cohesive and strategic approach in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
  • Actively engage in case discussions and contribute to service improvements, utilising your advanced practitioner expertise.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and organisational policies.
