- Complete Care Act assessments in accordance with statutory duties and regulations.
- Undertake safeguarding adults work and manage Section 42 enquiries diligently.
- Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments ensuring the application of the Mental Capacity Act in practice.
- Perform strengths-based reviews and formulate support plans for service users.
- Conduct home visits in Newcastle and surrounding areas as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with health professionals and external partner agencies.
- Maintain accurate case records and timely documentation.
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring compliance with statutory timescales.
