Victim Support is seeking an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) to support high-risk domestic abuse victims in Cumbria. This home-based role involves regular travel across the county and collaboration with MARAC and local partners to ensure safety and access to services.
The IDVA will deliver tailored crisis intervention, risk assessment, and advocacy, while promoting training and awareness of domestic abuse within the community.
