Cambridgeshire County Council's Regional Adoption Agency seeks a Social Worker to join the Family Finding team in Huntingdon. The role offers flexible hours and hybrid working, with offices in Huntingdon and Peterborough, to support Cambridgeshire and Peterborough adoption services.
You will profile children for adopters, plan transitions, and compile reports for panels and court, working with carers and colleagues to improve outcomes for looked-after children.
