At N-Compass, we're seeking a Multi-Specialist Advocate to join our passionate, values-driven team supporting people across community settings and inpatient mental health wards.
What you'll be doingYou'll deliver varied, impactful advocacy work across different settings where no two days are the same. Your tangible impact will help people navigate complex decisions and assert their rights.
Expect regular teamwork, community-based work, and flexible home working opportunities. A full UK driving licence and car access are essential.
What we're looking forAdvocacy knowledge would be advantageous but isn't essential. We offer excellent learning and development programmes, including internal training and external accreditation to build your expertise.
