Social Worker Adults Advanced Practitioner within Adult Social Care in Salford, earning £32.55 per hour. This exciting ongoing locum opportunity offers full-time hours, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, within a hybrid working arrangement that includes a minimum of three office-based days per week. Leadership
Experience:
Develop your skills in supervision, quality assurance, and practice improvement within a supportive environment.

What you will do:
Complete complex Care Act 2014 assessments, reviews, and safeguarding enquiries.
Provide expert advice, guidance, supervision, and mentoring to less experienced Social Workers and practitioners.
Undertake case audits and quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of practice.
Support case sign-off processes, ensuring assessments and interventions meet statutory and professional requirements.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and promote best practice across the team.
Assist the Team Manager with duty functions, workload prioritisation, and operational service delivery.
Work collaboratively with health professionals, social care services, and partner agencies to achieve coordinated support for adults.
Promote strengths-based, preventative, and person-centred approaches throughout all areas of practice.
Support effective risk management and safeguarding processes to protect vulnerable adults.
Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely case records in line with organisational requirements and professional standards.
Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, reviews, and planning discussions to support positive outcomes for service users.
