Edinburgh Health & Social Care Partnership in Edinburgh is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Front Door Social Work Team. You will undertake initial assessments, perform risk assessments and work within a multidisciplinary team to support adults, their families and carers.
Hybrid or home working is available; you must hold a Social Work degree and be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council. PVG checks are required and your post is regulated work.
