What you will do:

  • Perform children and family assessments to determine their needs and develop effective support plans
  • Hold and manage Child in Need cases, ensuring that children and families receive the tailored support they need
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to families in their homes or within the office setting, working closely to help them navigate their challenges
  • Participate in the pilot program for non-social worker roles, contributing to innovative practices in statutory social care
  • Engage in regular team meetings and reflective supervision sessions to discuss cases and enhance your practice
