Your responsibilities will include:
Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising a diverse range of Foster Parents.
Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.

Who We’re Looking For  We seek an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Good IT skills and the capability to produce high-quality reports.
A qualification in Social Work and current Social Work England registration.
Recent experience in fostering and children's services is desirable, though less experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
A drive to innovate and share our creative vision, whether you're new to fostering or an experienced supervising social worker.
