Full Time Family Hub Practitioner

This is a home-based role with daily travel around South Wiltshire. Travel across the whole of the South Wiltshire area is required to meet families in their homes, schools, and community venues. Provide one-to-one and group support that strengthens families and builds resilience. Carry a manageable caseload, offering tailored interventions that create lasting impact. Work in partnership with schools, health professionals, and community services to get families the right help at the right time.

Champion the voice of families, advocating for their needs and removing barriers to support. Use your safeguarding knowledge and solution-focused approach to keep children and young people safe and thriving. Contribute to innovative Family Hub services across Wiltshire, helping to shape stronger communities. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week.
