Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking a Youth and Community Support Practitioner to deliver direct support to children, young people and families across Telford and Wrekin.
You will work with schools and local communities, delivering needs-led, evidence-based interventions and building strong partnerships with schools, community organisations and voluntary sector partners. A criminal records check is required for roles involving children or vulnerable adults.
