Salary Package
: £34,000- £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Contract: Full-Time 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. (some evening work may be required).
Location: Office Based in Warwick and covering Warwickshire & travel (Hybrid home/ office working).

We are recruiting a Prevention and Early Intervention Deputy Manager – Secondary Schools to lead Project Coordinators delivering trauma-informed support to children and young people across Warwickshire who have experienced sexual abuse or vulnerable to sexual abuse. As part of Safeline’s Prevention and Early Intervention team, you will promote safe, high-quality practice, oversee specialist projects, manage a small caseload and deliver tailored education and interventions with young people, parents and teachers to help prevent abuse, crime and further harm.
You will also strengthen partnerships, support a small team, meet project objectives and help shape services that protect children, reduce harm and support recovery.
