GR Jeugdhulp Rijnmond zoekt een Junior contractmanager maatwerk jeugdzorg voor 32-36 uur per week. Je werkt tussen zorgaanbieders, gemeenten en wijkteams en ondersteunt de contractmanager maatwerk bij diverse activiteiten en het opzetten van een nieuw aanvraagproces.
De rol vereist een afgeronde HBO-opleiding en minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in contractbeheer binnen een gemeentelijke jeugdzorgregio of zorgaanbieder.
