As Families First Partnership Coordinator
, you will support the delivery and development of Nottingham's Families First approach, working with partners across children's services, education, health, early help, social care, community safety and the voluntary and community sector to help improve outcomes for children, young people and families.
You will play a key role in coordinating partnership activity, supporting the implementation of integrated family support services and helping to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time. Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, you will help strengthen relationships, promote effective communication and support a coordinated approach to early intervention and whole-family working.
The role will involve supporting partnership meetings and networks, monitoring progress against agreed priorities, coordinating projects and initiatives, and gathering and analysing performance information to help measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
