Stockport Council is hiring a Business Support Officer to join the External Placements Team. The role supports social work colleagues by sourcing external placements for vulnerable children, ensuring placements are matched, cost-effective, and meet individual needs, in a fast-paced environment.
You will work with a range of partners, identify packages across foster care, residential homes, semi-independent and supported accommodation, and contribute to better outcomes for children in care.
