- Manage a varied case load focusing on child in need cases, conducting thorough Section 47 investigations and comprehensive assessments.
- Prepare detailed Section 7 reports and participate in monthly pods, ensuring collaborative and high-quality decisions for children's welfare.
- Cover duty twice a week, providing essential support and intervention to families in the Market Harborough district.
- Engage in Child protection responsibilities, delivering expert assessments for children and families, and contributing to private law matters.
- Demonstrated expertise in child protection, conducting children and families' assessments, and managing complex child in need cases.
- Experience in handling Section 47 investigations and private law matters within social care settings.
