Southend-on-Sea City Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Families First programme on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid and flexible working with the option to work from home and attend offices as required. A Social Work qualification with at least 1 year post-qualification experience is essential.
The team focuses on child protection, looked after children and child in need, with opportunities to develop skills in social work intervention and case management.
