Brightpoint invites you to join our team delivering strength-based, family-centered services to expectant parents and young children in Stephenson and Winnebago Counties. As an Early Start Home Visitor you will build safe relationships, complete home visits, and advocate for access to community resources while supporting parents along the parenting journey.
You will work in a hybrid setting, visit families in their homes, and collaborate with the team at the Rockford home office.
