The roleThe Co-production Coordinator will play the lead role in developing and delivering Action Together’s approach to lived experienced led co-production.
As part of the
Local Motion funded team, this role will play a key role building the capacity of
Oldham Positive Action Network (OPAN), a network of individuals with lived experience, VCFSE organisations and public sector colleagues. Its purpose is to deliver test and learn projects that address social and economic issues, and the root causes of poverty.
As part of the national Local Motion programme across 6 places, this role is expected to generate new learning and approaches that can be shared across places and take part in influencing system change both locally and throughout the UK.
The ideal candidateWe’re looking for someone who Is driven by social and economic injustice and is able to think both creatively and analytically about systemic issues. You will be comfortable with complex problems and able to inspire and build confidence and capability in others to solve them.
You will be a skilled and experienced facilitator, who understands co-production, system change and project management. You will be able to build strong, trusting relationships and communicate to a wider variety of audiences.
