Pinnacle Group is seeking an Income Collection Officer to join our Homes Team to manage rent and service charge arrears across private rented and social housing residents. You will deliver a coordinated, empathetic income recovery service and work with housing management to hit arrears targets.
This remote role requires a confident communicator, knowledge of welfare benefits, and experience in housing income management.
