South Gloucestershire Council is seeking a Social Worker or Advanced Social Worker to join an integrated mental health team. You will assess needs, formulate plans, and coordinate services with individuals, carers and professionals to promote independence and recovery.
Hybrid role based at Kingswood or Thornbury offices, with occasional home working. A driving licence and enhanced DBS are needed; AMHP training may be pursued depending on service needs.
