Toronto Remote Social Assistance Specialist

Become a Social Assistance Relationship Specialist with WCG, working remotely to support Toronto clients. This full-time role focuses on relationship-building and enhancing client services within the social assistance landscape.

You will regularly engage with Ontario Works (OW) and Ontario Disability Support (ODSP) partners to facilitate referrals and improve outcomes. Targeted training sessions for Employment Ontario service providers and community partners are key aspects of this role. Your analytical skills will help you interpret trends and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong working relationships with delivery agents

• Analyze trends in referral and client access

• Conduct training for Employment Ontario network staff

• Monitor and report on engagement activities

• Coordinate efforts with internal operations teams

Requirements:

• Knowledge of social assistance programs and services

• Experience in result-oriented environments

• Strong interpersonal relationship skills

• Bilingual (English and French) preferred

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
