You will serve as a vital link between the Catholic community and families, facilitating the Family Life Program and Catholic Marriage Preparation courses. Your duties will encompass delivering psycho educational workshops, providing system navigation support, and liaising with clergy to ensure the delivery of quality services. This position is designed for candidates with a deep understanding of family dynamics and a passion for supporting diverse cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Family Life and Marriage Preparation courses

• Conduct pre-marriage single review sessions

• Facilitate workshops in parishes and wider community

• Provide family life navigation support

• Manage administrative client reporting systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor or College Diploma with experience

• Understanding of Catholic faith and spirituality

• Skills in adult education and communication

• Proven ability to engage with clergy and cultural sensitivity

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
