Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Part Time Welfare Benefit Advisor to join the team at Magdalen House, Bootle. This 21.6 hour post is a fixed term until 3 August 2028, with hybrid working from home and the office.
You will carry out financial assessments, provide welfare benefit advice to maximise income for clients, and support income recovery for the Council. The role requires strong numeracy, literacy, and a customer‑focused approach, with occasional client home visits.
