What you will do:

• Conduct assessments of service users and formulate care plans tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support
• Provide advice and advocacy to individuals navigating complex social care systems
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely record-keeping and reporting

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in social work
• Current registration with Social Work England
• Proven experience in frontline social work within UK Social Services
