Five Rivers Doncaster is seeking a dedicated Social Worker on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover to join our fostering service. The role is home-based with regular travel across Doncaster to support foster carers, attend meetings, and visits.
You will work within a trauma-informed model, providing high-quality support, collaborating with local authorities and professionals to promote safe, stable care for children and young people.
