In the Infant Development Consultant role, you will work directly with families to assess developmental needs and implement effective plans. Collaborating closely with other professionals, you will guide parents in nurturing developmental milestones for infants from birth to three years old. Your impact will help children with developmental disabilities thrive through structured support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess families' needs and outline available services
• Design support plans to achieve identified developmental goals
• Facilitate counseling sessions and parent guidance activities
• Evaluate program effectiveness and monitor progress
• Connect families with community resources and advocates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in child development or related
• Certificate in Infant Development and Supported Child Development
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license
• Successful criminal record check clearance
