Location: Birmingham

Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 + 1,200 car allowance

Non Stop Consulting is working with a small, family-run fostering agency in the West Midlands who are looking for a Supervising Social Worker or Newly Qualified Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of office and home working.

Responsibilities:

• Support foster carers to provide safe and positive homes for children
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and care are maintained

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
• Up to date with current legislation
• Work within children's services is a plus
