Bridgend County Borough Council seeks a full-time Social Worker to join the Early Intervention and Prevention Hub in a hybrid role with home/office working. The post supports adults with complex needs, promoting independence, risk management and personalised outcomes.
You will work in a multi-disciplinary environment across short-term social work and front door services. The role requires a recognised social work qualification and Welsh language ability, a DBS check, and a driving licence.
