Citizens Advice BANES is seeking a Money & Mental Health Project Caseworker to work remotely across the UK. You will assess each client’s circumstances and provide ongoing practical support to achieve sustainable outcomes, including specialist debt and welfare benefits advice.
You will also maximise income, improve financial capability, advocate with creditors, and connect clients with wider support services. Experience in debt or welfare benefits casework is essential to join this team.
