This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our services and supporting young people with their mental health needs, particularly those within the neurodiverse community.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team on a part-time basis. The initial commitment is for 1-day per week, with the potential to increase depending on service demand. The role will involve providing clinical services remotely, participating in MDT meetings as required, and supporting the development of our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric and neurodevelopmental assessments and provide clinical input for children and adolescents.
  • Support clients with medication titration and management, including dosage adjustments and ongoing monitoring to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the MDT to discuss high-risk cases requiring team support (must be able to work on Mondays to attend MDT when needed).
  • Build and manage a developing caseload, providing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
  • Provide expertise and guidance in working with neurodiverse individuals and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

What We Can Offer You:

Flexible Remote Working – Enjoy the flexibility of remote working, allowing you to see clients at times that suit your schedule.

Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team – Be part of a supportive team of skilled clinicians and staff with diverse specialties.

A Progressive and Growing Practice - Help to shape a growing clinic which is dedicated to transforming the neurodiverse support landscape.

Administration Support – Benefit from a dedicated administration team who will support you with letters, reports and prescription requests.

Competitive Compensation.

Key Requirements:
