Position: BGC Okanagan Infant Consultant Role

In this role, you will engage with families to outline their needs and accelerate their infant's growth through dedicated service planning and therapy. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, you will evaluate program effectiveness and provide comprehensive reports, all while promoting supportive community connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs through interviews and referrals

• Create and implement developmental support plans

• Conduct therapy sessions tailored to infants' needs

• Document client progress and challenges effectively

• Act as a resource liaison within the community

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in child development

• Certificate in Infant Development required

• Minimum one year of practical experience

• Class 5 BC driver’s license and dependable vehicle

• Completed agency screening, including criminal record check
