In this full-time role, you will connect children and families with essential services while assessing and documenting their unique needs. Outreach and collaboration with community partners are critical, as you organize family events to strengthen ties and facilitate cultural learning. Your efforts will directly impact the academic success and wellbeing of children aged birth to eight years.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enroll children into the Family Connections Program
• Evaluate family needs through community outreach
• Foster relationships through organizing family gatherings
• Advise families on available resources
• Track and report on program participation statistics
Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Support or similar field
• Minimum three years of experience in relevant areas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Office 365 applications
• Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license
