Position: Trauma‑Informed Support Specialist for Survivors
Location: Stoke-on-Trent

BCHA is recruiting a Specialist Support Worker for The Liberty Project based in Bournemouth, with work in safe houses and community settings. You will directly support survivors of modern slavery, helping them rebuild their lives toward independence, safety, and recovery.

The role requires trauma-informed, survivor-centred approaches, strong listening skills, and the ability to work with complex needs while collaborating with partner agencies and Home Office initiatives.
